We want you to love your Sol de Janeiro products as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your glow, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange within the United States.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
